Happy 10th!

I journaled a couple days ago the changes that occurred in the last 10 years.  Things like; no responsibilities-> lots of em', no kids->lots of em', but I digress... I think you get the picture.  10 years of marriage is no small feat!  Lots of changes, learning, loving, shifting, growing and evolving.  We have not arrived, but by God's grace we are very in love.  I just told someone yesterday, 'I knew Andy was a good guy when I married him, but I didn't know he was this great.'  He's it!  The buck stops here, he completes me, and so on and so on...Looking forward to the next 50-  that is if he would just trade in his red meat loving ways for a bit more fish.  

A Tenth Anniversary Occasion.

We are coming up on 10 years of marriage!  We headed out to Cali, and it was an awesome time.  10 years has made us oh so amicable and laid back about things, that trips just flow.  Highlights; 'Old World Inn, the Sierra Nevadas, Donner's Pass, 'Toast' in Mill Valley, the Muir Woods, and just being together.

Happy Easter!

Staycation with our New Hampshire besties!

Our week with the Mitchells was filled with hiking, biking, zoo's, a children's museum, fun restaurants, cards, bluegrass and laughing. It was beyond special to have them in our home. and they are missed already. Time apart from special people shows that absence really does make the heart grow fonder!

Parenting seminars online

During feedings I am revisiting these. We are in the throws of parenting and want so badly to bring glory to God and have in tact relationships with our kids all the way through! They are great encouragements in parenting and hugely practical.
